We liked the hotel, it was gorgeous and clean. Booked a room with a view. The staff was super on top of customer service, check out was late.

There was too soft bed in my room.

The hotel is well-designed, it has budget rooms and FLEXIBLE employees. The breakfasts are delightful with lots of options. Pleasant location, just a pleasant stroll away from Toucans Tiki Lounge.

Loved our stay at this secured hotel, it was perfect 10/10. Dedicated stuff, freshly decorated rooms and good value. The food was fantastic and there where a lot of dishes in the menu. Fast check-in and superb customer service. Complimentary drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise.

Everything seemed perfect, respectful staff, brand-new rooms. I loved the room, the bed was great. They had a quick check-in.

The hotel is traditional and clean, I liked its fab rooms and staff. Separate bedrooms and fine beds. The beach is fantastic and the views are gorgeous!

The best stay. Plenty of food, which was fresh to satisfy everyone I loved my room, it was perfect and immaculate with ac all the time.

Had a very pleasant time. Hotel was clean and in a very very nice area very close to hip downtown Palm Springs restaurants and fun shops and downtown and Palm Springs. The room was fabulous, airy & had a nice bed. Accommodating and informative staff, excellent service. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus.

Room was functional: perfect bed, modern style bathroom. The location was unbeatable, right by restaurants, shops, the tram. Smooth check in and attentive service throughout my stay.

I loved the reception, it was cozy. Coffee bar was great and neat. I had access to convenient parking, great pool. Based in a green area. Also, the property was 1 mile away from an arts theater.

The location was exceptional in my case, even so the area was really loud. The restaurant was excellent and the food was excellent. The pool was nice too. It was reasonably priced;))

Really enjoyed the atmosphere of this wheelchair accessible hotel, cute location and extremely pleasant rooms. Good restaurant only a short distance to the property. The best place to stay when in Palm Springs.

Very peaceful hotel, wonderful rooms, picturesque area. The property's setting was very central. Also, main attraction such as an early-20th-century general store was 2 miles from this hotel. Private parking, perfect service...

Handy location, luxury room and staff was willing to help. I got free upgrade and loved it. Lots of options, savoury food.

Suitable place for a 2-night stay. Uptown Design district deserves your attention. The food was yummy and we greatly enjoyed it.
